We begin by grinding, etching, and power washing your concrete surface, followed by filling any cracks with our two-part solution to ensure a smooth foundation.
Application
Next, we apply a base coat of epoxy, which serves as the primary layer for solid epoxy floors. This base coat comes in your choice of color. We then add decorative flakes, either for a partial flake look or a full coverage effect. For full flake applications, we select a base color that complements your chosen flakes, as the flakes will cover the entire base coat.
Sealing
The final step occurs the next day, when we apply our high-performance urethane. This solvent-based product bonds seamlessly with the epoxy, providing a weather-resistant shield that extends the life of your flooring.
Use and Maintenance
After 24 hours, your floor is ready for normal use! For cleaning, simply hose off the surface with soapy water and mop with a microfiber cloth for optimal results.
